We were commissioned to participate in a design competition for the renewal of the famous Shanghai Urban Planning museum. We conceived the concept of "Urban Planning 2.0" and won first prize with a bold proposal that transformed the main city model into a fully immersive city theatre. With Shanghai's construction being well advanced, we chose to refocus the emphasis - not on construction - but on the development of the human experience in the city.
