This is the first museum in China to showcase the national anthem of the P.R.C., right here at its birth place. Our guiding objective was to create an exhibition that – rather than falling back to the indoctrinating tradition – would fascinate the young generation with engaging exhibits and a new objectiveness towards historical facts. On a total exhibition area of 1500 square meters we tell the fascinating story of a song that inspired the liberation of an oppressed people by combining classic displays with the entertainment value of new media and the engaging power of interactivity. And last but not least we centered this exhibition around our auditory senses; this is about China's National Anthem after all.
